Burton Newcomb is a Georgia real estate broker, investor and entrepreneur based in Albany. His work centers on finding overlooked value, improving properties, building durable income and helping other investors navigate the realities of ownership.

His path began with a $40,000 duplex in 2016. From there, he built a rental portfolio, a brokerage and a property-management operation while developing a practical philosophy around smart debt, disciplined systems and long-term ownership.

Burton is also an Eagle Scout, a lifelong South Georgia outdoorsman and a believer that wealth is most valuable when it creates time, freedom, stronger families and better communities.
